Lava Print Warranty Policy

The printer warranties described below are provided by
Lava Print, LLC.

Under the warranties described below Lava Print will repair or replace, at its option, any covered part which is found to be defective in material or workmanship during the applicable warranty term. Printer repair warranty service will be performed without charge to the customer for parts or labor. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of the product to and from Lava Print for any repairs. Lava Print is NOT responsible for any packages lost or damaged in shipment.

Lava Print offers 1-year warranty, described below:
Our 1-year warranty policy covers your printer for one year from date of purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship. We will cover all non-consumable components for a period of one year. We will only cover shipping and consumable components (fusing assemblies, print heads, lamp, cable and tube etc or otherwise degradable components that will deteriorate over time) for the first 30 days of your 1-year warranty.

**After 30 days, we will cover all non-consumable parts for the duration of your 1-year warranty. All shipping charges will be at the customer's expense.
On-site installation fee is not included.
